By visiting elevatedwellness.me, joining an email list, booking a session, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using an Elevated Wellness Me offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Elevated Wellness Me is operated by Ashley Angeli in Ohio, United States. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to functionalnutrition@elevatedwellness.me. Please do not include diagnoses, treatment records, passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary email.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. EDUCATIONAL HEALTH-COACHING SCOPE
Elevated Wellness Me provides health and wellness coaching, education, behavior-change support, courses, general wellness resources, practice tools, and related services. Coaching is a collaborative educational process. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, nutrition therapy, prescription, emergency care, legal advice, accounting advice, or a substitute for appropriately qualified licensed professionals.
Nothing on this website or in a coaching session is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not start, stop, delay, or change medication, testing, treatment, or clinician-recommended care based on this website or coaching. Individual results vary and no specific result is promised.
2. EMERGENCIES AND SAFETY
Elevated Wellness Me does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are in the United States and experiencing a mental-health or suicide crisis, call or text 988. Urgent symptoms, treatment decisions, and concerns outside coaching scope belong with qualified licensed professionals.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate information, deciding what actions are appropriate for you, asking questions when anything is unclear, obtaining medical clearance when appropriate, and using referrals to licensed professionals when needed. Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your choices, health decisions, technology, accounts, and results.
4. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND COMMUNICATIONS
Booking availability, session length, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show rules shown at booking or in your service agreement apply to that appointment. Email, forms, text messages, video meetings, calendar tools, and client portals may be used for administrative communication. Ordinary email and text messaging may not be fully secure; do not send unnecessary sensitive information through them.
5. PRICES, PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUNDS
Current prices and material purchase terms are shown at checkout, on the applicable offer page, or in a signed agreement. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. We do not store full payment-card or bank-account numbers on this website.
If an offer renews automatically, the renewal interval and price will be disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal under the method stated for that offer. Refund, cancellation, digital-product, course, travel, third-party-product, Coach Ledger, and thermography terms may differ; the specific terms displayed for the purchased offering control if they conflict with this general page. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND LINKS
The website may link to or use Hostinger, Google, Stripe, Fullscript, Substack, YouTube, social-media platforms, course hosting, scheduling, video meeting, travel, laboratory, supplement, thermography, and other third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link, educational mention, or affiliate relationship is not a guarantee that a third-party product or service is suitable for you.
Any laboratory, supplement, travel, thermography, or other third-party service is subject to the provider’s qualifications, availability, terms, and lawful scope. Thermography is adjunctive and non-diagnostic and does not replace clinician-recommended screening, imaging, testing, or care.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Unless otherwise stated, the website, course lessons, videos, graphics, worksheets, downloads, Coach Ledger materials, branding, and original content belong to Elevated Wellness Me or are used with permission. Your purchase grants only the personal or specifically licensed use described with that offering. You may not copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or create competing materials from protected content without written permission.
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; transmit malware; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; or use materials to diagnose, treat, or prescribe beyond your lawful credentials and scope.
8. TESTIMONIALS, EDUCATIONAL EXAMPLES, AND RESULTS
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises of typical or guaranteed outcomes. Educational case examples may be altered, combined, or fictionalized to protect privacy. Results depend on many individual circumstances.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The website and general educational content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Wellness Me disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, reliance on general educational content, third-party services, interrupted access, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or use of materials beyond the license provided.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Ohio, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a non-urgent claim, please contact functionalnutrition@elevatedwellness.me so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. Either party may seek appropriate relief in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
12. CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We may update this page when services, vendors, or law change. The updated date will be posted above. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms, together with applicable checkout terms and signed agreements, form the agreement for your use of the relevant offering.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
• Contact and account information, such as name, email, phone number, mailing information, login information, and communication preferences.
• Booking and service information, such as appointment details, goals, intake responses, consent records, coaching communications, worksheets, session records, and client-submitted information.
• Transaction information, such as products or services purchased, amount, date, subscription status, invoices, and limited payment metadata supplied by a payment processor.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and security or performance logs.
• Communications and content you choose to provide, including emails, forms, reviews, survey responses, files, and support requests.
• Information from service providers or referral partners when permitted by law and reasonably necessary to provide a requested service.
Please provide only information reasonably needed for coaching or administration. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unrelated medical records.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to operate and secure the website; respond to inquiries; schedule and provide requested services; administer coaching, courses, subscriptions, purchases, client resources, and support; process and document payments; send service messages and, with appropriate permission, educational or marketing emails; personalize and improve offerings; maintain records; prevent fraud and misuse; enforce agreements; comply with law; and protect clients, users, Elevated Wellness Me, and others.
3. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information:
• To service providers that support hosting, forms, email, scheduling, meetings, payments, analytics, course delivery, client portals, security, storage, and business operations.
• To a professional adviser, insurer, accountant, attorney, or auditor when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate duties.
• With your direction or consent.
• To comply with law, valid legal process, safety obligations, or to protect rights and prevent harm.
• In connection with a reorganization, transfer, or sale of the business, subject to applicable protections and notice.
We do not disclose client health information for third-party targeted advertising. We do not authorize service providers to use private coaching information for their own marketing.
4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, EMBEDS, AND MARKETING
The website and its providers may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for security, preferences, forms, shopping, and site operation. Analytics or embedded content may collect device and usage information under the provider’s policies. Embedded videos, social-media buttons, maps, calendars, or third-party links may allow those providers to receive information when you interact with them.
Where required, optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used only after an appropriate consent choice. You may use the website’s cookie controls, browser settings, or provider opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect website functions.

Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing coaching services unless explicitly stated for a free email-only resource.
6. HEALTH INFORMATION AND HIPAA
Health and wellness information can be sensitive, and we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. HIPAA applies only when an organization is a covered entity or business associate under the law; using a health-related website or working with a health coach does not automatically make every record protected by HIPAA. This policy does not claim that every Elevated Wellness Me service or vendor is HIPAA-covered. If a particular service is provided under a HIPAA-covered arrangement, the applicable notice, authorization, and agreement for that arrangement will control.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, client support, professional recordkeeping, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, backup, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and lawful exceptions.
8. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, email, device, vendor, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, email, passwords, login links, and downloaded records. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly without sending sensitive details in ordinary email.
9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we maintain about you; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; object to or limit certain uses; or ask questions about retention and disclosure. Some requests may be limited by professional recordkeeping, tax, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or dispute requirements.
Send requests to functionalnutrition@elevatedwellness.me with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please do not include sensitive health details in the initial email. We will respond within a reasonable period and the time required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. CHILDREN
The general website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental or guardian authorization. Coaching or educational services involving a minor require an appropriate adult agreement and any additional consent required by law.
11. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
Elevated Wellness Me is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY PRACTICES
Third-party websites and services are responsible for their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information. This Privacy Policy does not control information you provide directly to another provider.
13. PRIVACY CONTACT AND POLICY CHANGES
For privacy questions or requests, email functionalnutrition@elevatedwellness.me with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may revise this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or services. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate.
