Discovery & Fit — Session 0

Session 0 is the complimentary starting point for new coaching clients. Although there is no charge, advance scheduling is required so we can reserve a private 30-minute Google Meet and prepare for a focused conversation.

Before we meet, you will complete a brief discovery survey. During the session, we will review your goals, priorities, current challenges, preferred type of support, and any questions about working together. I will explain the available services and help you identify the most appropriate next step without pressure to enroll.

Your Session 0 includes:

• A focused review of your wellness goals and current priorities

• Space to describe what you would like to change or better understand

• An explanation of the coaching, posture-awareness, thermography-companion, and 90-day pathway options

• Time to discuss fit, expectations, scope, scheduling, and fees

• A simple recommendation for the most appropriate next step

• No obligation to purchase a service or program

This conversation is educational and supportive. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, thermography interpretation, or emergency support. Session 0 is not counted as one of the paid sessions in a coaching package.
