Gut dysbiosis in the gut proves certain imbalances happening in the body causeing inflammation. This can easily lead to down stream chronic disease or illness. Thermography can help detect inflammation in the gut becuase your gut is not just a place for food, its where your immune system is residing too. Its an ecosystem of bacteria, fungi and microbes to support your entire body. When this ecosystem becomes unbalanced you may feel fatigue, brain fog, off-balance, mood swings, skin irritations, and overall quality of life on the decline. When we are in balance we feel energized, happy, clear-minded and ready to take on the world. Our gut is linked directly to our immune system, hormone regulations and communication between our nervous system. Thermography is radiation free imaging to detect temperature with heat patterns in the body. If your have gut dysbiosis we would likely see elevated heat over the abdominal areas like the colon and small intestines. Patterns that correlate with discomfort, constipation, and even food sensitivities. These heat patterns may also reveal liver congestion and gallbladderstress all linked to poor digestion. This helps to track the progress through natural interventions. 

Some issues like emotions can cause gut dysbiosis too. The gut-brain access is a deeper connection with our nervous system through our vagus nerve. Stress, anxiety, and suppressed emotions like trauma can lead to poor digestion. This contributes to the unbalnced nature of the gut microbiome. 

You may crave sugar, have chronic stress, emotionally eat, not be able to get to sleep, have anger or fear, and childhood trauma residing within your cells. These emotions can lead to intestinal permeability (leaky gut). 

Remove any inflammatory foods like sugar and carbohydrates, use antimicrobials like oregano, berberine, quercetin, then add in your prebiotic and probiotics again keeping away from sugar and carb - for some dairy and eggs should be put aside too. This will repopulate your microbes. To heal and seal your gut lining you can use L-glutamine and take digestive enzymes when you eat to help break down the foods you havent been able to in the past.
