Discovery Session

New client you first take the discovery survey, then you are approved by email to schedule your free session.

I'm looking forward to our first discovery session! Here I will explain what a functional nutrition counselor does and ask a series of questions designed to uncover the challenges you face and what is not going well for you in these challenges. As well as your vision on what your health/life should look like to you, and what is likely stopping you from being where you are in your vision. 

The great news! There is no right or wrong answers here, this is simple, easy, fun and guarenteed to deliver some powerful breakthroughs, relax and enjoy so that by the end of the session I'll know if this is a good fit at this time.

Since this first experience will be complimentary for you, there are 3 things I ask from you in return...

• To show up to any further sessions you book with me! Why is this important to me? Becasue when something is scheduled, its also prepared for, and that can be easy to blow off if you havent prepared, or got too busy to follow through. 

• Acknowledge any referrals you may have for me! If you find this experience valuable, would you be willing to refer me to someone you know who might like to have an experience like this as well?

• Share your story, please leave me a review if you have results that excite you after our session/or program together. Sharing the results can be very inspirational to others. You can also allow me to write the story and with your approval, I can share for you! You wont have anything more to do.
